These are patches cut from cowhide in a cross shape.
They are made of white shrink leather.
They also have pre-punched needle holes for hand-stitching,
so you can directly hand-stitch them onto jeans, etc.

Image 3 shows an example of a hand-stitched item.
The needle holes may be difficult to see in some areas.
