Rare! Left-handed Japanese steel Yanagiba knife, sashimi knife, Japanese knife, white handle, for Japanese cuisine, sharpened
This is a used left-handed Yanagiba knife made of Japanese steel.
Left-handed Japanese steel Yanagiba knives are rare and highly valuable, a fact that fellow professionals will surely understand. I am selling it because I purchased a new one.
This is a slender and easy-to-handle Yanagiba knife, perfect for slicing sashimi and preparing fish.
The blade is engraved with 清明 (Seimei).
There are minor scratches, rust spots, and dullness from use, but no significant chips in the blade, and it can still be used.
It has been sharpened and the blade is razor-sharp.
If you've only used stainless steel knives, you'll be amazed by the difference in sharpness when you try a steel one.
Recommended for Japanese restaurants, izakayas, and other eateries, as well as for home use.
