JIKKO 實行刃物 [Blade Yaiba Blue Steel] Single-Bevel Kiritsuke Gyuto 24cm

This is a JIKKO 實行刃物 single-bevel gyuto, 24cm, made with Aogami #2 (Blue Steel #2) steel, featuring a silver-wrapped white handle.
It was purchased about a year ago for around 120,000 yen.
I am selling it because I plan to purchase a new kitchen knife.

- Although it is handmade, the entire blade has been finished to a mirror-like polish.
(Please check the images for confirmation.
Please understand that the degree of the mirror finish is based on my personal interpretation.)
- It has been used slightly, so there are some minor scratches.
- The logo on the back of the blade has disappeared due to the mirror polishing.
- Please note that the front surface has a personalized engraving that says 貴寛 (Takhiro).
- The original box and JIKKO's instruction manual are included.
