This is a very old item, and I don't recall the exact frequency of its use.
It has been stored for a long time, but it doesn't appear to have any severe dirt or rust. Some rust transfer from the cutting machine is likely present. There is no rough, rusted texture.
The blade edges do not seem to have any chips, wear, or severe damage.
However, the outer box is heavily stained with machine oil and is sticky.
Please understand that this is a novice inspection, and there may be oversights.
