CARTEMAQUETTE
Cézanne's House in Aix-en-Provence
This is a Carte Maquette (message card with 3D papercraft) released in 1991 by Editions Mirontaine in France.
This is a very rare art postcard with papercraft that becomes three-dimensional when assembled, featuring beautiful illustrations of buildings drawn with delicate touches.
The motif is Le Jas de Bouffan, the villa in Aix-en-Provence, South of France, that Impressionist master Paul Cézanne loved. It is now a rare vintage item. This is where Cézanne spent nearly 40 years and painted many masterpieces.
