I purchased these several years ago in Akihabara to build a vacuum tube amplifier. I used them to cut the leads of soldered components. After the amplifier was completed, they have been stored without further use, so I am now listing them. While they show some signs of age, I believe their condition is between nearly unused and no noticeable scratches or dirt.
These are Engineer brand nippers, made in Japan.
