Description

This tool is used to press softened glass against it to create a nearly uniform groove. It's quite useful. It seems suitable for making cane, twisted rods, floral components, and glass pens.

A 2mm stainless steel rod is welded to a steel base. The discoloration on the metal is due to heating.

Given the size of the work, it should be suitable for making cane, twisted rods, and glass pens.

The base measures approximately 90x90x15mm.
