I purchased these as tonsui (small bowls for hot pot dishes, etc.), but only used one once. The other two are brand new and unused.
These tonsui feature a warm, matte texture that utilizes iron powder and glaze variations, characteristic of traditional pottery.
Besides being used as tonsui, I believe they can be used for a variety of Japanese dishes, such as serving salads, soups, and simmered side dishes as small bowls.
They have been stored in a cupboard with attention to insect prevention, but they are used items. Please consider them only if you understand this and agree to no claims or returns.
