The GMC-B2100 inherits the octagonal form of the G-SHOCK First Model, the DW-5000C.
The silver metallic vapor-deposited dial is accented with black subdials, highlighting a monotone sporty look.
The stainless steel bezel is three-dimensionally shaped through processes such as forging, cutting, and polishing. The top bezel features a circular hairline finish, while the sloped surfaces are mirror-polished. This design combines active performance with a high-quality style, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions, from daily use to active scenes.
To achieve a shock-resistant structure with a full metal design, cushioning material made of fine resin is incorporated between the bezel and the case. Additionally, the metal band pieces are dimpled, inheriting the resin band design of the First Model. This watch is manufactured at Yamagata Casio, the birthplace of the First G-SHOCK.
