*Yu-Packet Post has weight restrictions of 2kg and dimensions within 34cm (length) and a total of 60cm (3 sides). Considering this, even 80 Churu sticks would be a tight fit. 120 sticks would be even more so. For example, 3 bags of 120 sticks would weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight limits, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact and light as possible, even by 1mm or 1g. Also, the packaging may be quite tight. This is done to reduce shipping costs and to offer Churu at the lowest possible price amidst rising prices. We ask for your understanding and purchase only if you agree with this. We pack each item with care and attention, so we appreciate your understanding.
*Since we are shipping via Yu-Packet Post, if it does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your door, delivered in person, or a notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and ensure you receive the package.
*We will ship on weekends and holidays whenever possible for the buyer's convenience, but we may also take days off.
*To prevent heat damage as much as possible, we will post the package just before the post office collection time.
*Please request bulk purchases of 4 sets or more. We cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs will offset any savings.
*Requests for price reductions will be ignored and deleted.
*Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
