○ Planting seedlings
(May - June) Planting location: Sunny, well-draining spot (also grows in partial shade)
Spacing: Plant with about 20-30cm spacing between plants

○ Harvesting tips (late June - October)
? First harvest:
When the plant reaches about 30cm in height, start picking leaves from the bottom upwards
To encourage more side shoots:
Pinching the tips of the stems will promote the growth of more side shoots, increasing your harvest
? Best time:
For making red shiso juice, etc., harvesting from late June to July when the leaf color and aroma are at their peak is ideal

Delivery may take a few days depending on weather conditions.
We use Nekoposu for shipping, which is as fast as regular delivery and arrives the quickest based on our experience.
(For Honshu, it usually arrives the next day except for remote islands!)
After receiving the shipping notification, please check the delivery status and pick up from your mailbox as soon as possible.
