[Condition]

As these are stored in an outdoor pond, please only purchase if you can accept the inclusion of natural elements such as fallen leaves, weeds, and algae.

We have only rinsed them lightly to prevent them from falling apart. Please understand that some mud and other substances may remain as they are stored in a pond with Akadama soil.

*The images are examples, and we will send you a comparable item. As these are plants, their condition may change significantly over time, and we may remove the listing. Please understand that minor changes are to be expected.

*We are listing multiple identical items, so to avoid confusion in transaction messages, we will proceed with shipping first. Please understand that we may ship without sending a message.

*As these are aquatic plants, they are sensitive to high temperatures. Please only purchase if you understand that delivery will be from Kanagawa and will be placed in your mailbox. For those in distant locations, those who cannot retrieve their mail promptly, or if you are concerned about delivery status, please purchase with your understanding.

*We ship by sealing the item in a plastic bag.
We also sell other items, and ship dozens of orders daily, so we cannot accommodate individual requests.

*We cannot respond to any requests after purchase to avoid trouble.

No guarantee against decay!
We only ship healthy aquatic plants.
We cannot be responsible for temperature or care after shipping.
The price reflects our coverage of Yu-Packet shipping costs.
For Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands, shipping may involve sea or land transport, which can be harsh in the summer.
If you are concerned about damage due to temperature changes, we can ship in a styrofoam box for an additional fee.
This will incur a styrofoam box fee of 200 yen plus the difference in shipping costs for Takkyubin, totaling an additional 800 yen.
If you wish to use this option, please inquire via the questions section.
Please note that changes cannot be made after purchase.
