Description
Thank you for viewing.
The spring mountain vegetable kogomi is easy to grow.
You can also enjoy it for ornamental purposes or in ikebana arrangements.
The leaves will be cut when shipped as bare-root seedlings.
Why not try growing it?
Kogomi, unlike bracken, does not have an astringent taste and can be enjoyed deliciously with a quick blanching, making it a spring delicacy.
It's exquisite with soy sauce and mayonnaise.
Tempura is also delicious.
Kogomi is a natural plant.
Thank you for your understanding.
