Description
These are new onions from Awaji Island.

We grow vegetables and onions on the northwest peninsula of Awaji Island.
There are no other fields nearby, so these onions grow without stress, bathed in morning dew rich in minerals!

For base fertilizer, we use our homemade compost,
made from fish, seaweed, and vegetable scraps from the field.

We use chemical fertilizers only as absolutely necessary.

Although we carefully measure the quantity here, onions have high water content, so depending on the environment, they may dry out slightly and arrive with a reduced weight.

We generally ship within 1-2 days, but
on rainy days or the day after heavy rain, we do not harvest as the onions are prone to rot.
It may take a little longer, so we appreciate your understanding.
