Okawakame Seedling

Can be used for green curtains, it also blooms flowers, and the leaves are edible! The leaves are slimy when cut and delicious when dressed with soy sauce or added to miso soup. It is said to be highly nutritious, packed with essential minerals vital for maintaining health, such as magnesium, zinc, calcium, and vitamin A.
Planting is from late April to late June, and harvesting is possible until around October. It's not very suitable for cold regions, but it's very easy to grow as it's resistant to heat, pests, and diseases.

These are being listed because many bulbils (offsets) have grown from the parent plant. After the season ends, cut the vines and let them overwinter; they will sprout again in spring. It is said that plants grow more robustly in their second year.
