It all started when I planted some of the items I bought at a supermarket in Okinawa a few years ago in my field. Now, they are in a state where I can dig them up and eat them whenever I want, all year round!
I will be sending you small bulbs that were removed during field maintenance. If you plant them as seed bulbs, they will divide and multiply abundantly each year.
They are delicious eaten raw with vinegar miso, or pickled in salt, or made into tempura. The leaves are also edible.
Since some of the bulbs are in the process of dividing, it's difficult to count them by bulb. Therefore, I will count them by the number of sprouts, with 20 sprouts in total. Thank you for your understanding.
