We are committed to natural farming methods, using plenty of mineral-rich oyster shell lime, rice husks, and Kuntan (charred rice husks), as well as fallen leaves added to the fields.
We also exclusively use cottonseed meal as fertilizer.
No cow dung is used.
Please feel safe using these onions for raw onion slices in salads.
The onions are grown in fields where weeds are removed by hand, and no chemical agents such as herbicides or fungicides have been used for over 10 years.
For this reason, the price may be slightly higher than that of other producers.
Although we visually inspect them, as they are grown outdoors without the use of chemical agents, there is a possibility of minor blemishes.
