Basil grows vigorously and is easy to cultivate. Pinching and harvesting encourages the growth of many side shoots, quickly resulting in a lush, bushy plant.

Perfect for pasta, pizza, and caprese salad, as well as for making homemade Genovese sauce. Basil tea is also refreshingly delicious and recommended.
You can easily make dried basil spice by putting dried leaves in a plastic bag and crushing them, allowing for long-term storage.

Basil contains anethole, which promotes digestive function and has a female hormone-like effect, and
cineole, which has antibacterial properties.
Linalool, with its sweet floral aroma, has a relaxing effect.
It is a nutrient-rich herb that also contains beta-carotene, which helps maintain normal mucous membranes, skin, and immune function, as well as vitamin E, which protects the body from active oxygen such as LDL cholesterol oxidation in the blood, preventing lipid oxidation in the body and providing antioxidant effects.

These are heirloom seeds that can be replanted every year, not F1 hybrid seeds that cannot produce the next generation of plants.
They also multiply readily from fallen seeds.

One basil plant yields a considerable harvest, so even 50 seeds would be more than enough for a home garden. However, we are offering over 100 seeds as a share for two seasons (spring and autumn sowing) plus a little extra.
