Centella Asiatica has been valued as a medicinal plant since ancient times and has been used to treat wounds and burns.
The extract derived from its leaves and stems is said to enhance the skin's self-renewal ability, provide firmness and radiance, and lead to healthy, beautiful skin.
It is a famous plant used as a medicinal herb and also consumed as food and tea in Southeast Asia.

Salads, juices, porridges, curries, soups, fresh spring rolls, stir-fries, herbal teas, etc.
Its flavor is similar to Japanese parsley (seri) and Mitsuba, so it can be used in dishes similar to those using seri and mitsuba (soups, dressed dishes). It has a slightly more bitter taste than seri and mitsuba.
