This is Koshihikari rice from Saitama Prefecture, harvested in Reiwa 7 (2025).

This is a 2kg bag of white rice.

Our family has been farming for over 400 years since the Edo period, and we practice meticulous rice cultivation passed down through generations. Furthermore, our farm uses organic fertilizers and is pesticide-free and chemical-fertilizer-free, making the taste exceptional! The soil quality is also excellent, resulting in a stronger umami flavor compared to other Koshihikari. It's also perfect for making sprouted brown rice!

Delicious rice comes from good soil. Good soil isn't made overnight! We are confident in the taste that only farmers who have strived to produce delicious rice for many years can achieve.

What's more! Our rice isn't just delicious. Because it's pesticide-free and chemical-fertilizer-free, it's also very gentle on the body. Our rice is by no means cheap. However, health cannot be bought with money. We especially want those with small children and those who are health-conscious to try it. Our own children, who grew up eating our farm's produce, have strong bodies and rarely get sick, hardly ever missing a day of nursery school.

And Saitama is actually a hidden rice-producing region. People often tell us, I used to look down on Saitama rice, but I was surprised by how incredibly delicious it was! It's not inferior to famous rice-producing regions! Please try it once.

The timing of the rice harvest greatly affects the taste. We harvest slightly earlier than the optimal time. It's common knowledge among producers that rice with a little bit of unripe grains is the most delicious.
