The suction cups have become stiff.

Air stone is not included.

There are signs of use.

Manufacturer's description below:

■Product Description
The Airlift uses air pumped by an air pump to pass through a wood stone, creating fine bubbles that push impurities in the aquarium up into the cup attached to the top of the unit, removing them. It can be used in the aquarium itself or in a filter tank.
It is the easiest type of protein skimmer and is ideal for beginners in marine fish keeping.

An essential item for those who want to start a marine coral aquarium.
