*No.15 Sumida no Hanabi is just beginning to bloom. It may have poor water uptake. The flower heads tend to droop heavily... I plan to include 2 extra stems of white lacecap hydrangea as a bonus.
The hydrangeas will be water-conditioned with diluted Menédeil solution. They will be shipped in a cardboard box, with the flowers protected. If the stems fit into floral tubes with the solution, they will be placed in those. If the stems are too thick, they will be inserted into floral foam (Oasis), wrapped in newspaper, and then placed in the box. Delivery should be possible the next day, except for distant locations and remote islands.
