Description

I believe this is a Koma-nuri natsume (a type of lacquered container), but it has 4 tiers including the lid.
It's difficult to explain, so please refer to the photos.

Koma-nuri Shingen Bento Box

Perhaps outdoor bento box is a more fitting description.

I am not an expert, so it would be best if you could confirm.

Please feel free to comment if you would like additional photos.
