We deliver freshly roasted coffee beans from our small roastery in Yokohama.
Every morning, when I brew coffee for my wife and myself, our children almost always ask for coffee milk! Also, since my wife is breastfeeding, decaf (caffeine-free) was the only option for coffee beans.
After trying various decaf coffees, we are happy to introduce a safe and delicious decaf that we can proudly serve to our family and to you all.^_^
This time, we feature Mexico Chiapas.
This delicious decaf, while being decaffeinated, has a cocoa-like aroma, a pleasant orange acidity, and a sweetness that is just like caramel!
These beans have a natural sweetness from the coffee cherry, even without added sugar.
A medium to medium-deep roast brings out the best aroma.
You can choose between whole beans or ground coffee at the time of purchase.
We generally ship as whole beans to maintain freshness, but if you prefer ground coffee, please let us know in the comments within 24 hours of your purchase.
