??On July 16th, a plant unfortunately rotted during transit, and we had to cancel the order due to circumstances on our end.
The temperature and humidity inside the transport vehicle's cargo area during summer and winter can potentially damage the plant.
We recommend changing to Mercari delivery or a similar service, especially for regions with very high temperatures or areas that drop below 0°C.
We can change to Mercari delivery or a similar service for an additional ￥500~. *Please note that this may not be possible depending on the size.
We will ship on Sundays after confirming payment. If you purchase on or after Saturday, shipping will be the following week. (We will ship earlier if possible.)
We will pack with care, but leaves or roots may detach during shipping.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such issues.
