This is an old KDS tape measure. It has the inscription PAT.NO KYOTO JAPAN. It shows scratches and dirt from years of use, but its retro charm is appealing.

This belonged to a relative in their 90s who worked in construction. It is functional, but the condition is poor with scratches, dirt, rust, white paint, and writing in marker. There is a crack shown in image 3, but it seems okay for now.
