This method, which involves pouring boiling water directly over ground beans and then pressing with a metal filter, is characterized by extracting a unique rich aroma and smooth mouthfeel, different from espresso.
Because the oils from the beans are not lost during extraction, you can fully enjoy the deep flavor of the coffee itself.
By adjusting the amount of beans, the amount of water, and the brewing time, you can customize the strength to your preference, from mild to strong.
It is also ideal for brewing not only coffee but also tea and herbal teas.
The 8-cup model is a large-capacity model that is useful for tea time with family and friends.
Purchased in Singapore.
This is a beautiful item, used only about twice, and displayed as an interior decoration in a cabinet with doors. It is being offered at less than half the price of other models currently on sale (￥48,000). It is a used item, but we appreciate your consideration.
Thank you for looking.
