[How to Make Delicious Fried Chicken]
?Prepare the chicken: Wash the chicken thoroughly, cut into bite-sized pieces, and pat dry.
1. First Coating (Chicken Powder + Water): Knead well
Add cold water to the chicken powder (100g chicken powder: 140g cold water),
mix well, then add the chicken and knead thoroughly.
(※Aim for a consistency similar to pancake batter.)
2. Second Coating (Chicken Powder): Coat evenly
Place the chicken coated with the first layer into a bowl of chicken powder and coat evenly.
3. Fry at 160°C (320°F) for at least 5 minutes, checking for doneness. Once cooked through, remove from the oil.
Then, fry again at 180-200°C (356-392°F) until crispy. Done!
