- Origin: Wild garlic harvested in the eastern Hokkaido region of Japan.
As this is the beginning of the season, the size of the wild garlic will vary from thin to large.

To maintain freshness, the wild garlic will be shipped with soil attached and unwashed, via Nekoposu (Japanese next-day delivery service) at room temperature.

Although we do our best to remove them, there may be insects or debris mixed in.
