We are island shallot farmers on Ie Island, a remote island off the northern coast of Okinawa Island. Ie Island's island shallots are long and thin with excellent flavor, and are highly regarded in the market. Please compare them with shallots from other regions in Okinawa Prefecture. We are confident in our quality.

For children, they are delicious fried tempura, with a spreading sweetness. For parents, they are perfect raw with soy sauce and bonito flakes as a snack with drinks.

They also seem to have a blood-thinning effect.
Please enjoy them with peace of mind, as these are products where you know the producer.

Since we are shipping directly from the farm, we can accommodate various requests.

We will ship them loose. They will be delivered in new cardboard boxes, so thank you for your understanding!

Basically, we harvest on the day we receive your order and ship it that night.
If we receive your order after evening, we will harvest the next day and ship it that night. For larger orders, please allow one day for preparation.

If it rains continuously and we cannot enter the fields, we will not be able to harvest, and shipping will be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
