Jerusalem artichokes have sprouted as spring arrives.
I grow them in my home garden so my family can eat safe and secure vegetables.
No pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used.
Jerusalem artichokes are famous as a health food.
They can be eaten in various ways, such as raw in salads, fried, or simmered. They are also easy to grow.
If planted in the ground, they require no care.
Flowers bloom in summer, and you can harvest from autumn to winter.
If you leave the small tubers buried, they will sprout and be harvested again next year naturally.
We will dig them up after you place your order.
Larger ones will be cut slightly to fit into a Nekoposu (small parcel) size.
Please plant them as they are upon arrival.
We ship same-day.
Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the following morning as pickup has already concluded.
