This is a set of 15 bags (250g each) of Somen noodles (loose, dried).
Normally, somen noodles are bundled into portions of about 50g, but these are not bundled, which is why they are offered at a lower price.
These somen noodles are machine-made, not hand-pulled, and are produced using only carefully selected wheat flour and salt.
They are characterized by their smooth texture and firm chewiness. They can be cooked in approximately 2 minutes.
One bag (250g) is approximately 2-3 servings.
We also offer sets of 3 bags (585 yen) and 30 bags (4,600 yen).
We also have Udon and Soba noodles available, so mixed sets are possible.
