Description
Sake Bottle and Cups Set
① Sake Bottle
Height: Approx. 11.5 cm
Opening: Approx. 2.8 cm
There is roughness on the base.
It appeared to have gold flowers drawn within red spheres, so I described it as gold accents.
② Sake Cup
Height: Approx. 3.3 cm
Opening: Approx. 5.7 cm
There is a chip on the base.
Common to ① and ②:
Please allow for slight errors as these are amateur measurements.
Shiun (Purple Cloud) inscription on the bottom.
The rim of the opening is colored bluish-white.
There is crazing in one spot each (Images 7, 13).
Appears to be hand-painted, with a three-dimensional quality to the paint.
It resembles Kutani ware's Gosu Aka-e (cobalt blue and red painting), but I cannot say for sure as I do not have the box or specialized knowledge.
Please judge from the images.
In addition to being used as sake vessels, they can also be used as single-flower vases.
This is a used item, so please check the images carefully before purchasing.
