This is a pen case that originally came with a Mitsubishi Pecker.
It combines indigo denim fabric with a suede-like center belt. At the time, there was a woodpecker illustration featuring Masaaki Sakai as the model, but it has become smudged and is barely visible.
This is a snap-button closure pen case.
I believe it is quite rare.
