Benefit Cosmetics Hello Happy Velvet Powder Foundation no. 11 last one in stock

What it is: A dual-coverage powder foundation that delivers a natural matte finish and up to 12 hours of wear. What it does: Lightweight and buildable, it mattifies all day yet feels creamy-soft with shea-butter extracts to create a luxuriously smooth feel. A mirrored compact includes a sponge and brush applicator, so you can customize your coverage. How to use: For lighter coverage, apply using the custom brush, starting at the center of the face and blending outward. To achieve medium-full coverage, apply using the custom sponge. Layer and build as needed. Pro tips: To create the smoothest canvas for any foundation and to help makeup stay put all day, start with a face primer. Apply foundation all over the face to create a bright and radiant base. For fuller, all-day coverage, layer the foundation on top.
