Each piece features a highly sculptural octopus form with curling tentacles that double as functional hooks, and an upward arm ending in a flat mounting plate. The deep reddish-brown to burgundy patina suggests aged cast iron, possibly with remnants of an original painted or lacquered finish. The craftsmanship emphasizes symmetry, weight, and decorative flair, making these suitable as both functional coat or hat hooks and decorative wall sculptures. Pair of antique Victorian / Eastlake-style cast iron hall tree coat and hat hooks, dark oxblood/burgundy painted finish with old wear, raised scrollwork, fan-shaped center detail, curled lower hooks, side hooks, and tall upper hat/coat arms. These were likely made for a hall tree, entryway coat rack, or wall-mounted coat/hat stand. Good antique display condition, with expected paint loss, rust/patina, finish wear, and old surface roughness. I do not see an obvious break from the photos, If antique / early 1900s: $95–$150 for the pair Victorian/Eastlake 1880s–1910s: $125–$200
