Wig/Hairpiece PU Lace Repair Kit

This is a PU repair part used when your wig becomes unusable due to damage to the thin PU and lace.

・1 PU repair sheet, approx. 5cm square *Larger sizes available.
・1 Swiss lace repair sheet, approx. 5cm x 4cm *Larger sizes available.
・1 Blue tape, super strong type, wig-specific tape *Contents are transparent.
*Upgrade to the strongest adhesive tape, hyper type tape, is available for an additional 200 yen.
・1 piece of sandpaper.

How to use: For the PU repair sheet, cut to your desired size and adhere with the double-sided wig-specific blue tape.
We run a wig custom order business and receive inquiries about PU damage. Here are examples of repairs using this product:

①. Cases where a small hole appears because a part was strongly pulled and pinched.
*The front of the sheet is smooth, and the back (adhesive side) is rough.
Lightly roughen the area around the damaged PU on the wig with the included sandpaper to improve adhesion.
1. Cut the sheet to a size that covers the small hole.
2. Place the sheet on the area to be repaired.
3. Temporarily secure it from above with the included tape, slightly larger than the sheet, and peel off the double-sided tape.
4. Permanent fix: Cut the sheet to a slightly larger size.
Apply the included tape to the back of the sheet, cut to eliminate any gaps at the edges.
Peel off the double-sided tape, permanently secure it over the temporary fix from step 3, and press firmly by hand.

②. When a large tear occurs in the PU part when removing tape. *See image 1. The Akamaru area is severely torn. It is impossible to use normally.
1. If you can align the torn PU of the wig body well
*If not possible, refer to ① and ② and use the repair sheet effectively.
Cut the tape into small pieces and temporarily secure it in several places.
2. After temporary securing, use the tape to further temporarily secure it with a slightly larger size, and peel off both sides of the tape.
3. Permanent fix: Cut the sheet to a slightly larger size.
Apply the tape to the back of the sheet, cut to eliminate any gaps at the edges.
Peel off the double-sided tape, permanently secure it over the temporary fix from step 2, and press firmly by hand.

For Swiss lace repair:
This will be a method of sewing it on as a patch to prevent the fraying from spreading.
