VTG Gold Plated Ormolu Filigree Double Ring Box Hinged Lid Blue Velvet

Round gold plated ormolu-style cast metal double ring box with ornate reticulated filigree sides and domed hinged lid. Lid features elaborate pierced scrollwork and acanthus leaf motifs topped with a decorative pineapple/berry finial. Base has engraved diamond crosshatch pattern with beaded borders.
