Can be used during pregnancy.
I am 159cm tall and weighed 68kg at the time of childbirth, but the one-piece size was fine.
I rotated these 3 pajamas during my 5-night, 6-day hospital stay from childbirth to discharge, doing laundry in between.
For labor and delivery, one-piece pajamas are highly recommended over pants-style pajamas.

★ Maternity Pads
4 unused L-sized pads for use from water breaking to the day of delivery.
My water broke at the hospital during labor, and I used the hospital's pads on the day of delivery, so I only used one of these.

★ Bonus: Bottle Cap
This is a straw lid for plastic bottles purchased at Daiso.
It was very useful from labor until right after delivery, but I haven't used it since the day after childbirth.
