I think it can be worn with a T-shirt underneath or a cardigan over it.
The front below the chest ruffles has a double zipper, allowing for nursing. The fabric is soft and pleasant to the touch. Photos 5 and 6 show the closest color.
Approximately 118 cm from the back collar to the hem.
For reference, I am 156 cm tall, and it reached just above my ankles.
