Material: Made from natural unrefined clay fired at over 2000 degrees, these stoneware crocks heat evenly and absorb moisture from the dough. Features: Creates a crisper crust and lighter texture in baked goods. Oven and freezer proof. Comes with original packaging and a recipe booklet. Dimensions: Each crock is approximately 5-1/4 high and 4-3/4 in diameter. Care: Hand wash only; should never be placed over an open flame. Condition- well loved and used but still has plenty of use still.
