Regarding Price Reductions:
We generally do not offer price reductions for items that have just been listed, have recently been reduced, or are already at the lowest price.
In other cases, or if several days have passed since the update, please consult us by stating your desired price.

Regarding Purchases:
For items available for immediate purchase, you can buy them without commenting.
You may purchase the item even if there are ongoing comment exchanges.
If you are paying at a convenience store, please comment in advance if your payment will take more than 24 hours after purchase.
Please refrain from purchasing items that are reserved or marked as not available for immediate purchase.

Regarding Shipping:
We generally ship via standard mail.
If you are concerned about potential issues such as shipping accidents, non-delivery, or damage, and may not provide a positive rating or complete the receipt confirmation, please change to a tracked and insured shipping method before purchasing.
We can change the shipping method for an additional fee, so please consult us via comment before purchasing.
If you cannot understand this, we kindly ask you to refrain from purchasing from us.

Regarding Products:
We will always state if an item is used or has any specific reasons for its condition.
However, even for new and unused items, there is a possibility of initial scratches on all products.
For example, initial scratches may be present on can badges, clear charms, acrylic items, tablets, senjafuda, POP cards, and photocards.
Items with protective seals may have scratches, dirt, or tears on the protective seal itself.
Can badges are prone to scratches, and may have dirt or marks on the back.
Clear charms may contain air bubbles or wrinkles.
For paper and sticker items, they may be handled without individual bags at the venue and handed over as is. As the material is paper, initial scratches may be present on the corners or surface.
The product bags themselves may have folds, wrinkles, or creases.
We check for obvious defects at the time of listing and packing, so please purchase with understanding.
If you have any questions other than the above after arrival, please contact us.

Regarding Holds:
We are likely to refuse requests, but please consult us with a clear date and a promise to purchase regardless of any reason, without cancellation.
