This is a PS5 DualSense controller, Cheeky model.
It is a used item.
I used it for about 1 month after purchasing it used.
I really liked the rear button layout, which is easier to press than other custom controllers, but
I'm selling it because I'm stepping away from gaming.

This is the model with 4 rear buttons.
The right side trigger has been extended.

There are quite large scuffs/scratches on the grips and the back.
I have painted over the noticeable scratches.
If you are concerned, I believe they can be removed by wiping with alcohol.

Operation has been confirmed. I checked the operation of the rear buttons, sticks, and all other buttons.
There are no particular issues.

I have not confirmed its operation with a dead zone setting of 0 for the sticks in specific games.
