The switch has M1 and M2 settings, as shown in photos 4 and 5. Pressing the LEGO logo on top changes the color.
There are no instructions, so the specifics are unknown, but it was purchased new in Northern Europe. A simple explanation is on the bottom, and I've included photos from a website search.
It's new and unused, so I haven't confirmed its operation.
The material is not brick, but silicone, with a soft, rubbery feel.
I recall it cost a little over 3000 yen each. In EUR.
