I love Italian micro mosaic jewelry!  It is amazing how these pieces are made with tiny pieces of glass set into jewelry. So pretty!  I adore the colors on this piece. So romantic! A gold toned  filagree frames the mosaic.  The center has a background of red.  The metal is done in gold tone.  The markings on the back is just some smutz that I have cleaned off. The flowers are rose in pink and red.  A daisy in white is also included.  So pretty!  Condition: Very good vintage condition, vintage patina consistent with age Measurements: 1.37 or 34.68 mm long x 1.02 or 25.89 mm wide Weight: 12 grams  Please examine enlarged photos for details and condition.
