1991 Fuji TV / East Production and Distribution VHS

Fuji TV Drama Series
Shin Yappari Neko ga Suki VHS video.
A popular series packed with the comedic dialogue of Onda San Shimai (Onda Three Sisters), starring Satomi Kobayashi, Shigeru Muroi, and Masako Motai.

Unlike current dramas, this is a masterpiece comedy that embodies the spirit of 90s Fuji TV, creating laughter solely through limited space and conversation.

This Eleki Hen installment includes the following three episodes, as listed on the back:
- Eleki de Teiden (Power Outage with Electricity)
- Christmas wa Mantra de (Christmas with Mantra)
- Ikari wa Power da (Anger is Power)

The script by Koki Mitani and Izumi Kisaragi, and the title art by Erika Sakurazawa, are a combination that holds significant value when viewed today. Surugaya's product information also lists a running time of 70 minutes, color, stereo, and stars Satomi Kobayashi, Shigeru Muroi, and Masako Motai.

In an era where we watch shows on DVD or streaming, the VHS version has the appeal of being a document that preserves the atmosphere of the time.
From the package design and the logo on the spine to the notation of the original price of 9,064 yen (tax included), this is a piece that allows you to feel the television culture of the 90s and the history of Fuji TV dramas.
Recommended for fans of Yappari Neko ga Suki, collectors of Koki Mitani's works, and collectors of 90s dramas and VHS tapes.
