Japan Post Limited Edition Posukuma Mini Tote Bag Set of 2 (New with Defects)

This is a mini tote bag featuring Posukuma, which was exclusively sold at post offices.
It is made of sturdy, waterproof-coated fabric and stands on its own.
It's very cute with its post office colors and the all-over Posukuma print on the inside, but it is a flawed item.

Reason for flaw: It appears to be an initial defect where the Posukuma print was placed in the outer plastic bag before it was dry. When removed from the bag, it stuck and caused the print to peel off (see photo 5; it can be worse in some areas).
Perhaps you could remake it by adding stickers or appliqués.
Originally, these items cost ¥1500 each.
