This is a listing for a Walker Bay 8-foot dinghy with a stable design.
This is a used white plastic boat, Walker Bay WB8S + 2 side floats. (2 horsepower outboard motor is not included).
It has been used a few times for car-topping, mainly in Mutsu Bay and Yamada Bay.
It has been used infrequently and is in the condition shown in the photos. There are some scratches and signs of use commensurate with its age. It has been stored under a boat cover in a carport, so I believe UV degradation is minimal.
Please note that it is possible to lose balance if you try to use it without the side floats. (Photos also show the floats inflated and attached to the side of the boat for the purpose of taking pictures. The type of float that requires air is the type commonly used for inflatable boats.)
A cam cleat is also attached to the bow. It was useful for anchoring in shallow areas.

As a bonus, we will include a fish finder for smartphones (Sonar Ball). It was purchased in 2015, so it is old, but has only been used a few times. The Bluetooth range is limited, so it was used while floating near the boat. It has not been used for the past 3 years, so please check the operating environment yourself.
