Sylvanian Families Deluxe House
Includes Furniture and Bear Doll
Thank you for looking.
Everything shown in the photos is included.
The house itself is in good condition with no damage, but I have reinforced and remade the floor on the first level due to some warping.
The floor is now sturdier than the default, but please refrain from purchasing if this is a concern for you.
The furniture and bear doll are not in the best condition, but there appears to be no damage.
As there is no original box, it will be shipped using recycled cardboard.
