DENIS WICK Cornet Mouthpiece 3B
This is a standard Denis Wick cornet mouthpiece.
It was mainly used in British brass bands. It's a popular mouthpiece that blends well for both solo cornet and back-row playing, producing a characteristic cornet tone.
There are some minor scuffs, but it is in overall clean condition.
The cup has a rounded U-shape, designed to produce the rich resonance inherent to the cornet.
This type pairs well with short model cornets.
The catalog size is 16.75mm.
The rim inner diameter is approximately between a Bach 1-1/2 and 3.
The rim is flat and slightly thick, offering a soft feel against the lips.
